  4. Consideration of a review of the power siting administrative rules (including Chapters 4906-1, 4906-5 and 4906-13, Ohio Administrative Code) in light of Substitute House Bill No. 133 of  the 125th General Assembly, Case No. 04-1669-GE-BRO.
