  3. Case No. 06-1358-EL-BGN, Consideration of the Application of American Municipal Power-Ohio, for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for an Electric Generation Station and Related Facilities in Meigs County, Ohio.
  4. Case No. 07-1305-GA-BTA, Consideration of the Application of Duke Energy Ohio for an Amendment to its Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for the C338 Ohio River to Bethel Natural Gas Pipeline Project.
