The applicant proposed to modify the original route of the West Lorain Gas Pipeline. (Ref: Case No. 99-541-GA-BTX.) A twelve hundred-foot segment of the proposed pipeline route was re-routed approximately 200 feet to the east of the original certificated centerline. The company noticed the amendment in the local newspaper and notified the property owners that were to be impacted.
The Board accepted the Amendment on November 20, 2000. The pipeline was completed and tested in December 2000. The line was placed in service January 2001.
