The Adjudicatory Hearing was held on December 7, 2000 at the Commission Offices. The Board certificated the facility on February 12, 2001. A pre-construction conference was held on site with the project manager. The company has placed the addition on hold.
The Board authorized a transfer of the facility certificate to AMP-Ohio on July 16, 2003. Transfer of the certificate was finalized on August 8, 2003.
