The applicant proposed to install 620 MW combined-cycle gas turbines in Waterford Township, Washington County. The facility utilizes two GE 7FA combustion turbines with SCR´s.
The application was filed on April 19, 2000. The Staff Report was issued August 21, 2000. The public and adjudicatory hearings were held on September 5 and September 6, 2000. The Board certificated the facility on October 16, 2000. A pre-construction conference was held December 22, 2000. Construction took place during 2001-2002
The facility became operational in June 2002.
