DPL Energy, Inc. submitted an application to build a 200 MW gas turbine peaking facility adjacent to Dayton Power & Light Company’s Greenville Substation. The application was filed on August 30, 1999. The Board certificated the project February 7, 2000. The facility was placed in operation June of 2000. The Certificate was transferred to Buckeye Power on April 23, 2007.
