DPL Energy proposed a 480 MW gas turbine peaking facility. The application was filed February 3, 2000. The Board certificated the project on September 5, 2000. The first four units were available for operation in June of 2001. The last two units became operational in May of 2002. The Certificate was transferred to Columbus Southern Power on April 23, 2007.
