The project involved the installation of eight 80 MW gas turbine generators in Madison Township, Butler County. The site is located adjacent to the Woodsdale Generating Site.

The application was filed December 11, 1998.  The Board certificated the project on May 24, 1999.

All eight units are operational.  The facility was official on July 19, 2000.
