The applicant proposed construction of two simple cycle gas turbines at its existing facility in Napoleon, Ohio. The two additional turbines would increase the facility's total capacity to 90 MW.
The application was submitted July 21. The Public Hearing was held on December 5, 2000 at the Napoleon City Council Chambers. The Adjudicatory Hearing was held on December 7, 2000 at the Commission Offices. The Board certificated the facility on February 12, 2001. A pre-construction conference was held on site with the project manager. The company has placed the addition on hold.
The Board authorized a transfer of the facility certificate to AMP-Ohio on July 16, 2003. Transfer of the certificate was finalized on August 8, 2003.
