The Company proposed to build a 4-mile 345 kV transmission line from the Fort Shawnee Generating Facility (Case No. 01-1527-EL-BGN) to the Southwest Lima Substation. The public informational meeting was held September 25, 2001.
On October 4, 2002, the Company filed a notice with the Board to withdraw its application. The withdrawal notice was approved by the Board and thed case was closed on January 21, 2003.
