The project involves the installation of 10.5 miles of 30-inch pipeline between the West Lorain Plant and the natural gas pipelines of East Ohio and Columbia Gas Transmission.
The application was filed in June 1999. The Staff Report was issued on May 26, 2000. The Public Hearing was held June 13, 2000, and the adjudicatory hearing the following day.
The Board certificated the facility on July 17, 2000. The facility is now in service.
On September 29, 2000, the company filed an amendment to the certificate (Reference Case No. 00-1785-GA-BTA).
