The Applicant has completed construction of a 20-mile natural gas pipeline (12 inches in diameter) to deliver natural gas to be used by Suburban Natural Gas Company in Delaware and Marion Counties. The application was filed November 8, 2004. The Staff Report was issued on February 18, 2005. The public hearing was held on March 7, 2005 and the adjudicatory hearing commenced on March 9, 2005. The Board certificated this application on May 23, 2005. Pipeline installation commenced on June 8, 2005.
