The Project involves the installation of a 17.6 mile, 24 inch diameter, natural gas pipeline through eastern Franklin and southern Delaware Counties. This pipeline project is associated with the pipeline project proposed in Case No. 04-1621-GA-BTX (Phase VI of the Northern Columbus Loop Project). Both projects are part of the Applicant’s long term plan to continue to provide gas service to the rapidly growing northern Columbus and southern Delaware County region. The Board certificated the application on August 3, 2005. Construction was completed and the pipeline placed in service on June 27, 2006.
