The Applicant is proposing to construct a 138 kV transmission line in Vinton and Jackson Counties, Ohio. The proposed preferred route is approximately 17 miles long, and the proposed alternate route is approximately 16 miles long. The Applicant filed a pre-application letter for this case on August 3, 2011, and held a public informational meeting on August 17, 2011. The application was filed January 3, 2012 and is presently under investigation. The Local Public Hearing was held on December 6, 2012. The
