The proposed amendment involves the use of new technologies, either Nordex N100 or Repower MM100 turbine models.  The Applicant plans to construct this project in 2012 and has determined that the previously certificated wind turbines would not be available for delivery in 2012. The original project (Case No. 09-277-EL-BGN) received a Certificate on March 22, 2010 and the first amendment (Case No. 11-757-EL-BGA) was approved on July 25, 2011. The project layout will consist of 19 to 31 turbine locations, with an aggregate generating capacity of 46.8 to 52.5 MW depending on the turbine model selected.  The Board approved this project on November 28, 2011.
