 OPSB reminds residents of public hearing for proposed Hardin County wind farm

COLUMBUS, OHIO (Dec. 29, 2009) – The Ohio Power Siting Board (OPSB) has scheduled a public hearing to give local residents an opportunity to express their views regarding Hardin Wind Energy’s plan to construct 200 wind turbines in Hardin County. The turbines would have a combined electric generating capacity of up to 300 megawatts.

The local public hearing is scheduled for:

Jan. 5, 2010 at 6 p.m.
Hardin County Courthouse, Veterans Hall
One Courthouse Square
Kenton

The OPSB will hold an adjudicatory hearing on Jan. 12, 2010 at 10 a.m. at its offices in Columbus.
