  2. Case No. 07-720-GA-BTA, Consideration of Del-Mar Pipeline Company LLC’s  Application to Amend its Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for Construction of a Transmission Pipeline in Delaware and Marion Counties, Ohio
  3. Case No. 00-686-EL-BGN, Consideration of Dresden Energy, LLC’sRequest for Transfer of Certificate from Dresden Energy, LLC, to AEP Generating Company
  4. Staff Update

The OPSB reviews applications for the siting of large electric and natural gas facilities in Ohio. The 11-member board is comprised of representatives of the PUCO, the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, the state departments of Development, Natural Resources, Agriculture and Health, the Ohio General Assembly and the public.
